Your farm stays in your browser.

Seed Worth does not ask you to create an account. The game is designed so that its save data can remain on the device where you play.

The plain-English version

Seed Worth's game code does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or payment information. It does not create a profile about how you play, and it does not send your farm save to a Seed Worth account or database. There is no Seed Worth account system or server-side save system.

Your progress is stored locally by your browser. You can export it, import it, reset it, or remove it by clearing this site's browser data.

Information stored on your device

Seed Worth uses browser localStorage to remember:

  • Your crops, seeds, money, upgrades, automation, research, projects, and achievements.
  • The time of the last save, which is needed to calculate limited offline progress.
  • Your sound preference and volume.
  • Completed endings and permanent cycle upgrades.

This information is functional game data. It is read by Seed Worth when the game starts and updated while you play. The game does not use it to identify you outside the browser.

Save export, import, and the clipboard

When you choose Export Save, the game converts your progress into a text code and asks the browser to copy that code to your clipboard. This happens only after you press the export button. The code is not uploaded by that action.

Importing works in the other direction: Seed Worth reads the code you paste into the Settings panel and replaces the current local save after you choose Import. A save code describes game progress; it is not intended to contain account credentials or personal contact details. You should still avoid posting it publicly if you do not want other people to duplicate or change your farm.

Cookies and analytics

The current Seed Worth game code does not set cookies and does not connect to a third-party analytics service. The event names used inside the game are provider-neutral placeholders and do not transmit anything in the current release.

Images, sound effects, and game files are loaded from the same website as the game. As with nearly every website, the hosting and network services that deliver these files may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp for security and reliable delivery. Seed Worth does not use that infrastructure data to create player profiles.

How long the data remains

Local save data remains until you reset the game, clear storage for seedworth.fun, use a private browsing session that later closes, or the browser removes site storage. Seed Worth cannot restore local data that has been deleted unless you kept an exported save code.

Your choices

  • Use Settings → Reset Game to erase the active farm and start again.
  • Clear seedworth.fun storage through your browser's site-data controls.
  • Play in a private window if you do not want the save to remain after the session.
  • Export a save before deleting browser data if you may want to return later.

Changes and questions

If the game later begins collecting or transmitting information, this page will be updated before that behavior is introduced. Material changes will receive a new date at the top rather than being quietly folded into the text.
