Using Seed Worth

Seed Worth is provided as a browser game. You may access and use it for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable entertainment. Access may change as the game is updated, repaired, moved, or discontinued.

You may also publish screenshots, videos, reviews, guides, and commentary that contain game footage, including monetized videos, provided your work adds your own commentary or creative contribution and does not claim to be an official Seed Worth release.

Game content and ownership

The Seed Worth name, game code, writing, interface, illustrations, crop art, sound effects, and other original materials remain the property of their respective owner. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You may not, without permission:

• Sell, license, or redistribute a copy of the game.
• Rehost the game under another name or remove its identifying information.
• Extract and redistribute artwork, audio, or writing as standalone assets.
• Use the site to distribute malicious code, interfere with other visitors, or impersonate the developer.

Saves, balance, and updates

Saves are stored by your browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices, using private browsing, browser storage limits, or software problems may remove them. The export tool is provided so you can keep your own backup, but no cloud recovery service is promised.

Seed Worth is actively balanced. Crop prices, upgrade costs, project requirements, offline progress, and other mechanics may change. A future version may migrate an older save, refund a retired upgrade, or adjust a number that no longer produces a good pace. Reasonable care will be taken with migrations, but an unchanged strategy or economy is not guaranteed forever.

No real-world advice or value

The farm, company, research projects, currencies, markets, pollution, food systems, and genetic technology in Seed Worth are fictional game systems. They are not financial, agricultural, scientific, environmental, or legal advice. In-game cash, crops, Genome Points, items, and achievements have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred.

Availability and responsibility

The game is provided on an “as available” basis. It may contain bugs, experience downtime, or behave differently across browsers and devices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seed Worth is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable service, deleted local saves, browser changes, or reliance on fictional game information.

Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
